In celebration  of "The Naperville Art Tour"

Hozhoni Gallery welcomes

Native American Artists:

Mel Cornshucker, Cherokee Potter

and

Larry Lockwood, No. Cheyenne singer, drummer, storyteller and  champion Fancy War Dancer.

Saturday April 8th, 10 am - 5:30 pm

and Sunday April 9th, 12 Noon - 4 pm

Mel comes to us from Tulsa, OK where he makes his home.  He will bring a huge

selection of his beautiful and functional pottery.  His designs are inspired by his heritage

and he will be sharing his stories during the weekend.  Mel is a gallery favorite and we

are excited to see all the new designs he will bring.

Larry will dazzle us during the weekend with his drumming, storytelling and singing.  He

will bring his Fancy War Dance regalia and demonstrate the art of beadwork during the

weekend.  He will also have a small amount of beadwork to sell.

Don't miss this exciting cultural event.
